Terms of Service

Effective July 17, 2026

These Terms govern use of Orbit, an AI sales workspace operated by First Trust Market. By using Orbit, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.

Orbit service

Orbit provides tools for businesses to manage customer conversations, configure AI-assisted workflows, connect supported third-party services, review outcomes, and coordinate sales activity. Orbit does not replace the business's independent judgment or legal obligations.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and use Orbit only for organizations and connected accounts you are authorized to represent. You are responsible for actions taken through your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use Orbit to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful or deceptive communications, impersonate others, facilitate prohibited goods or services, or bypass the rules of connected platforms. You must obtain any consent required for calls, messages, email, recordings, and follow ups.

AI-assisted communications

You control whether and how AI assistance is enabled in your workspace. You are responsible for reviewing the sales instructions, offers, messages, and decisions used in your business. You must provide a human path for customers when your business or applicable law requires one.

Third-party services

Connected platforms, payment processors, messaging services, and email providers are governed by their own terms and policies. Orbit is not responsible for a third-party service's availability, policy decisions, charges, or account actions.

Payments and offers

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of offers, fulfillment, refunds, taxes, delivery, and customer support. Orbit may help create a payment workflow but is not the merchant of record for a business's customer sale unless separately agreed in writing.

Availability and changes

Orbit may change, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the service, protect users, comply with law, or address security concerns. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
