Orbit is an AI sales workspace operated by First Trust Market. This Privacy Policy explains how Orbit handles information when a business creates an Orbit account, connects a supported service, or uses Orbit to manage customer conversations.

Information we process

Orbit may process account information, organization settings, connected-service account identifiers, customer messages, contact details provided by customers, sales notes, call records where enabled, payment status information, and other information a business chooses to add to its workspace.

How we use information

We use information to provide Orbit's messaging, AI-assisted sales, inbox, follow up, reporting, payment workflow, account security, and support features. Orbit does not sell personal information.

Connected services

When a business connects a supported service such as Gmail, messaging, calling, or payments, Orbit uses the permission granted by that business only to provide the feature the business enables. A business may disconnect a service from Orbit settings.

Google user data

If an authorized business connects Gmail, Orbit accesses that business's Gmail data only to display relevant customer email conversations and send email messages requested by the business through Orbit. Orbit does not sell Gmail data, use Gmail data for advertising, or allow humans to read Gmail data except where necessary to provide support requested by the authorized business. Orbit's use of Google user data is limited to providing and improving these user-facing features.

Business responsibilities

The business using Orbit is responsible for its communications, customer notices, consent, retention choices, and compliance obligations. The business must only connect accounts it is authorized to use.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legitimate operational needs, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

Your choices

Users can request access, correction, or deletion of their account information by contacting the business that invited them to Orbit or by contacting First Trust Market at support@firsttrustco.com.

Changes

We may update this policy as Orbit evolves. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
